Returns/Exchanges Policy

At Roohi Amjad, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. However, if an issue arises, we offer returns or exchanges strictly under the following conditions.

Eligible Cases
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
An incorrect item has been delivered
The product is damaged upon receipt
All requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
Original tags and packaging must be intact
Any item returned in unsatisfactory condition will not be accepted

Incorrect or Damaged Items
You may choose between a replacement (subject to availability) or a store credit
Return shipping will be covered by Roohi Amjad
Claims must be supported with clear images or videos

Store Credit
Store credit (if issued) will be valid for 30 days
Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

Non-Exchangeable Items
Sale items
Customized / stitched orders
Eid collections (unless faulty)

We do not offer cash or bank refunds
Refunds will only be processed if the ordered item becomes unavailable

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
Once processing has begun, cancellations will not be entertained
